Custom Ocular Prosthetics is located in the Northgate Professional Center at the corner of NE 103rd Street and 5th Avenue NE in the Northgate neighborhood in North Seattle. Our laboratory is in Suite 210 on the 2nd floor. Heading south on I-5 take exit 173. Turn left onto NE Northgate Way, then turn right onto the 5th Ave NE. At the bottom of the hill, turn left at the light onto NE 103rd St. Turn right onto parking lot behind the building. Heading north on I-5, take exit 173. Turn right onto 1st Ave NE, then left onto NE 103rd St. Continue straight through 2 lights crossing over 5th Ave NE. Turn right into the parking lot behind the build Heading north or south on Aurora Avenue N (Highway 99), turn onto Northgate Way heading east (towards I-5) Stay on Northgate Way until you reach 5th Avenue NE. Turn right onto 5th Ave NE, and then left on NE 103rd Street, then a right turn into the parking lot.
